Section 5: Duty of a registration agent.

The Registration Agent shall-(a) ensure the good conduct of his party supporters during the registration or revision exercise;
(b) sign the certificate of daily registration in Form EC1B in the Schedule to this Act at the end of each day:
Provided that any failure to sign the said form shall not invalidate the collation of registered voters for any such day.
