Section 31: Service of summons

Every summons under this Act shall be served by an officer of the Commission in the manner prescribed in the Sheriffs and Civil process Act and any other laws relating to the service of process and the person, effecting the service shall have and exercise all the powers conferred by the law and any other law relating to the service of process.
