Section 29: Power to summon persons for examination.

Subject to the provisions of sections 29 to 34 of this Act the commission may issue a summons directed to a person complained against or any other person to attend before the Commission for the purpose of being examine in relation to the complaint or in relation to any other matter which may aid or facilitate the investigation of the complaint; and a summons so issued shall state the substance of the complaint, and the time and place at which the inquiry is to be held.
