Section 50: Units of Accounts

(1) Where any sum of money is mentioned in this Act, it shall be the value of such sum of money at the date of the coming into force of this Act.
(2) The value of such money shall be determined by the Central Bank of Nigeria from time to time and may be made public as and when required by the court.
