Section 49: Powers of Delegation

(1) The Minister may by instrument delegate this powers, duty or function under this Act to any person to be exercised or performed by such person, as the case may be, and, if so exercised or performed, shall be deemed to have been exercised by the Minister.
(2) Any delegation by the Minister under this section may be revoked by instrument.
