Section 26: Practicing as a social worker.

As from the commencement of this Act, a person, not being a member of the Institute or certified by the Institute as a social worker or any other recognised institution, who practices as a social worker for or in expectation of reward, or takes or uses any name, title, addition or description, implying that he is in practice as a registered member of the profession of social work, commits an offence.
