Section 25: False registration.
2022Section 25 of 35•Federal Republic of Nigeria
A person, who for the purposes of procuring the registration of any name, qualification or other matter -(a) makes a statement which he believes to be false, or
(b) recklessly makes a statement, which is false, commits an offence.
