Section 12: Power to invest or borrow money.
2015Section 12 of 43•Federal Republic of Nigeria
(1) The Board may invest the Institute's money in any security created or issued by or on behalf of the Federal Government.
(2) The Board may borrow money for use of the Institute and any interest payable on money borowed by the Institute shall be defrayed from the Fund of the Institute.
