Section 13: Auditing of accounts, proper records, etc.

(1) The Board shall keep proper accounts of the activities of the Institute in respect of each year and proper records in relation to those accounts and the Board shall cause the accounts to be audited by an auditor appointed from the list and in accordance with the guidelines supplied by the Auditor-
General for the Federation.
(2) The audited accounts shall be submitted by the Board to the members of the Institute for approval at the annual general meeting of the Institute.
