Section 1: Establishment of the Centre for Black and African Arts and Civilisation.

(1) There is hereby established a body to be known as the Centre for Black and African Arts and Civilisation (in this Act referred to as "the Centre") which shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal.
(2) The affairs of the Centre shall be managed by a body to be known as the Centre for Black and African Arts and Civilisation Management Board.
