Section 24: Alteration of stamped or marked weight, etc.

Any person who, with intent to defraud-(a) alters any weight, measure, weighing instrument or measuring instrument stamped or marked in accordance with this Act; or
(b) uses in any sale, contract, or other dealing any such altered weight, measure, weighing instrument or measuring instrument,
shall be guilty of an offence.
