Section 28: Pre-action notice

A person who has a cause of action against the University shall —(a) give the University three months' notice, in writing, of intention to commence an action, disclosing the cause of action and serve the processes to the principal office of the University; and
(b) commence the legal action within two years from the date the cause of action arose.
