Section 1: Enforcement of the Treaty to establish the African Economic Community Relating to Pan-African Parliament.

As from the commencement of this Act, the provisions of the Treaty to establish African Economic Community relating to the Pan-African Parliament which are set out in the Schedule to this Act, shall subject as thereunder provided, have jurisdiction in Nigeria and shall be given full recognition and effect in Nigeria.

Section 2: Short title.
(2) This Act may be cited as the Treaty to establish African Economic Community Relating to the Pan-African Parliament (Accession and Jurisdiction) Act, 2004.
