Section 33: Jurisdiction,etc.
2003Section 33 of 51•Federal Republic of Nigeria
(1) The High Court of the Federal Capital Territory or the High Court of a State, shall have jurisdiction to try offences under this Act.
(2) The High Court has powers to impose the penalties provided for in this Act, notwithstanding any thing to the contrary in any other enactment.
