Section 45: Appointment of officers and servants for purposes to Act.

Without prejudice to section 40 of this Act, the Federal Civil Service Commission may appoint at such remuneration and on such terms and conditions as it may determine such officers and servants as may be necessary for carrying this Act into effect.
