Section 44: Panels of employers' and workers' representatives.

For the purposes of sections 9(3), 27 and 28 of this Act, the Minister shall draw up and from time to time revise-(a) a panel of employers' representatives consisting of persons recommended for the purpose by employers or organisations representing the interest of employers; and
(b) a panel of workers' representatives consisting of persons recommended for the purpose by organisations representing the interest of workers.
