2007Section 4 of 37•Federal Republic of Nigeria
Official Statistics shall be statistics produced by-(a) the National Bureau of Statistics;
(b) Line Ministries and Agencies;
(c) Public authorities;
(d) State Statistical Agencies; and
(e) Local Government Statistical Units.
