Section 16: Removal of the Executive Secretary.

(1) The Executive Secretary may be removed from office by the President where any circumstances arise which in the opinion of the President makes the Executive Secretary no longer capable of discharging the duties and responsibilities of his office.
(2) A person appointed as the Executive Secretary to replace the former Executive Secretary shall serve the unexpired the term of his predecessor in office or the remainder of the term of the Trust Fund, whichever is shorter.
