Section 15: Functions of the Executive Secretary.

The Executive Secretary-(a) is the Chief Executive and Accounting Officer of the Trust Fund;
(b) is responsible for the administration of the Trust Fund;
(c) is the Secretary to the Board of Trustee;
(d) shall keep proper records of the proceedings of the Board of Trustee;
(e) shall work closely with the Implementation Committee in discharging out such duties and responsibilities as may be assigned to him by the Board of Trustee;
(f) is in charge of the general direction and control of all other employees of the Trust Fund; and
(g) discharge such other duties as may be directed by the Board of Trustee.
