Section 31: Tampering with evidence or witness.

In any case of terrorism under this Act, a person who tampers with—(a) a witness by intimidation, threats, blackmail or similar acts, or
(b) an evidence or exhibit, by falsification, conversion, destruction or forgery, commits an offence, and is liable on conviction to imprisonment for a term of at least seven years.
