TERRORISM (PREVENTION AND PROHIBITION) ACT
Section 19: Promotion or solicitation of property for the commission of terrorist acts.
A person who knowingly solicits property for the benefit of a terrorist group or for the commission of an act of terrorism, commits an offence, and is liable on conviction to imprisonment for a term of at least 20 years and up to a maximum of life imprisonment.
