Section 15: Provision of training and instruction to terrorist group or terrorist.

A person who knowingly agrees to provide a terrorist or terrorist group, or receives training, training material or instructions on—(a) the making or use of any form of explosive or other lethal device,
(b) carrying out an act of terrorism,
(c) the practice of a military exercise or movement, but who is not an authorised officer acting in the performance of an official duty,
commits an offence, and is liable on conviction to at least 25 years and a maximum of life imprisonment.
