Section 33: Jurisdiction unaffected by separation from service, etc.

The jurisdiction or authority of the Court shall not be affected by the fact that a person charged or brought before the Court for trial or hearing-(a) has resigned or retired from the approved agency, operator or Postal Service; or
(b) has had his appointment terminated in the approved agency, operator or Postal Service; or
(c) has otherwise left the employment of the approved agency, operator or Postal Service.
