Section 24: Standards to be known as Nigerian Indusrial Standards.

(1) The industrial standards established under section 23 of this Act shall be called the "Nigerian Industrial Standards".
(2) Industrial standards other than those established under section 23 of this Act, shall not be called "Nigerian Industrial Standards".
