STANDARDS ORGANISATION OF NIGERIA ACT

Section 13: Standards to be known as Nigerian Industrial Standards.

(1) The industrial standards established in pursuance of section 12 of this Act shall be called Nigerian Industrial Standards.
(2) Industrial standards other than those established in pursuance of section 12 of this Act shall not be called Nigerian Industrial Standards.
