Section 19: Power to accept gifts

2022Section 19 of 25•Federal Republic of Nigeria

The Council may accept gifts of land, money, or other property upon such terms and conditions if any, as may be specified by the person making the gift provided such conditions do not conflict with or undermined the objectives of the School as provided in this Act.
