Section 15: Other employees

(1) The Council may appoint such other persons to be employees of the School as the Council may determine to assist the Rector and the principal officers of the School in the performance of their functions under this Act.
(2) Subject to the provisions of this Act the remuneration, tenure of and conditions of service of the employees of the Council shall be determined by the Council in consultation with the Federal Civil Service Commission.
