Section 11: Staff regulations.

The Board may make regulations relating generally to the conditions and scheme of service of the staff of the Council and the regulations may provide for -(a) the appointment, promotion, termination, dismissal and disciplinary control over the staff of the Council;
(b) remuneration and fringe benefits subject, to the approval of the National Salaries Incomes and Wages Commission; and
(c) appeals by staff against dismissal or other disciplinary measures.
