Section 11: Survey.

(1) Subject to the provisions of this section, the Minister may, before granting any application for a lease, require the area specified in the application to be surveyed in accordance with the provisions of the Survey Act and the cost of the survey shall be paid by the applicant in accordance with the scale prescribed by or under that Act.

(2) The Minister may, if he thinks fit, waive the requirement of this section as to survey.
