Section 50: Directors prohibited from receiving bribes, gifts, etc.

A director of a public enterprise shall not accept -(a) a bribe, gift, commission or any other benefit in cash or kind; or
(b) a share in the bribe, gift, commission or any other benefit in cash or kind, from any person or a share in the profit of that person in respect of any transaction involving the public enterprise.
