Section 48: Exceptions from application of section 47.

Section 47 of this Act shall not apply to an arrangement for the acquisition of a non-cash asset if -(a) the asset is to be transferred to or acquired by another public enterprise; or
(b) the arrangement is entered into under a re-organisation scheme of the public enterprise directed by the Commission.
