Section 2: Membership of the Commission.

(1) There is hereby established for the Commission a governing Board which shall consist of-
(a) a Chairman who shall also be the chief executive of the Commission;
(b) eight other members, at least, one of whom shall be a woman; and
(c) the Secretary to the Commission.
(2) The Chairman and members of the Board shall -
(a) be appointed by the President; and
(b) be persons with proven integrity and with relevant cognitive experience.
(3) The supplementary provisions set out in Schedule 1 to this Act shall have effect with respect to the proceedings of the Board and the other matters contained therein.
