PUBLIC ENTERPRISES REGULATORY COMMISSION ACT

Section 1: Establishment of the Public Enterprises Regulatory Commission.

(1) There is hereby established a body to be known as the Public Enterprises Regulatory Commission (in this Act referred to as "the Commission").
(2) The Commission
(a) shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal; and
(b) may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
