Section 5: Penalty for contravention of guidelines.

(1) Any person who transacts any business otherwise than in compliance with the provisions of section 4 of this Act shall be guilty of an offence.
(2) A person guilty of an offence under this section shall be liable on conviction to a fine of N5,000 or imprisonment for two years, or to both such fine and imprisonment.
