Section 65: Return of income generated from controlled property.

Where the restraint order relating to the controlled property ceases to be in force, the property shall be returned to its owner, the relevant organisation shall pay to the owner the income generated from the property less all reasonable expenses incurred by the relevant organisation on the controlled property.
