Section 40: Registration of Restraint Orders.

1 A registration authority that keeps a register of properties of a particular kind shall, on application by the relevant organisation, register the particulars of a restraint order, as it affects the property in that register.

2 A person, who subsequently deals with the registered property shall be deemed—
a not to be acting in good faith for the purposes of section 39 of this act; and
b to have notice of the restraint order for the purposes of section 37 of this act.
