Section 21: Effect of forfeiture order.

1 With effect from the date when the Court makes a forfeiture order, the property subject to the order is forfeited to Federal Government of Nigeria.

2 On a forfeiture order taking effect, the relevant organisation shall promptly handover to the Directorate, the forfeited property.
