Section 20: Effect of appeals on preservation or other ancillary orders.

A preservation order and any order authorising the seizure of the property concerned or other ancillary order that is in force at the time of any decision regarding the making of a forfeiture order under this Act shall remain in force pending the outcome of any appeal against the decision concerned.
