Section 39: Surrender of breeder's right.

(1) A holder of a breeder's right may, by notice to the Registrar, surrender the right.
(2) The Registrar shall, within one month from the date of receiving the notice referred to in subsection (l), terminate the breeder's right and publish a notice in the Federal Government Gazette or two national daily newspapers of the termination.
