Section 25: Interpretation.

2003Section 25 of 26•Federal Republic of Nigeria

In this Act- "Agency" means the Petroleum Products Pricing Regulatory Agency established under section I of this Act;
"Board" means the Governing Board established for the Agency under section 2 of this Act;
"Functions" includes powers;
"President" means the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
