Section 21: Indemnity of officers.

(21) A member of the Board or the Executive Secretary or any officer or employee of the Agency shall be indemnified out of the assets of the Agency against any liability incurred by him in defending any proceeding, whether civil or criminal, if the proceeding is brought against him in his capacity as a member, Executive Secretary, officer or other employee of the Agency.
