Section 107: Arbitration and Arbitral Awards.

(1) Where either party is dissatisfied with the decision ofthe Commission on any matter referred to it under section 106 of this Act, such party may refer the matter to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act or to the National Industrial Court.
(2)
Where a person or body corporate is aggrieved or dissatisfied with any action or decision of the Commission under this Act, the aggrieved person or body corporate may refer the matter to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act or to the National Industrial Court.
(3) Any arbitration award made under sub-sections (1) and (2) of this section shall be binding on the parties and shall be enforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction.
(4)
Notwithstanding the provision of any law, no limitation of time shall apply to actions for the recovery of contributions, penalties and other benefits under this Act.
