Section 2: Interpretation.

In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires-
"licence" means an oil pipeline licence granted under the provision of this Act;
"Minister" means the Minister charged with responsibility for matters incidental to oilfields and oil mining;
"oil pipeline" has the meaning given to it in section 11 (2) of this Act.
