Section 3: Tenure of office of Board members.

Subject to the provisions of section 4 of this Act, a member of the Board, other than an ex-officio member shall hold office -(a) for a period of 4 years at the first instance and may be re-appointed for a further period of 4 years and no more; and
(b) on such terms and conditions as may be specified in his letter of appointment.
