Section 1: Establishment of the Authority

(1) There shall be established a body by the name of Nigerian Steel Development Authority, which shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal.
(2) The Schedule to this Act shall have effect with respect to the membership and procedure of the Authority and the other matters there mentioned.
