Section 6: Application of section 2 of Cap. S.12.

Section 2 of the Statutory Corporations, Etc. (Special Provisions) Act shall apply in relation to the Authority as if the Authority were a corporation affected by that Act so, however, that in the application of that section-(a) references to the board of an affected corporation shall be construed as references to the Authority: and
(b) references to appointments shall be construed as excluding references to the appointment of ex officio members of the Authority or their deputies.
