Section 14: Staff of the Bureau

The Bureau shall subject to the approval of the Board -(a) employ either directly or on transfer or secondment from any civil or public service in the Federation such number of employees as may be required to assist the Director-General in the performance of his functions;
(b) the composition of the senior management staff of the Bureau appointed under subsection (1) shall reflect equity and fairness as enshrined in section 14 (3) of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999; and [Cap. C23, LFN, 2004]
(c) pay to persons so employed such remuneration and allowances as determined by National Salaries Incomes and Wages Commission (NSIWC).
