Section 3: Incorporation of Nigerian Red Cross Society

For the purpose of maintaining and carrying on the objects set out in section 4 of this Act, the president, trustees, officers and members of the former branch, and all persons who may hereafter become president, officer or members of the Society in the manner laid down in the rules of the Society, are hereby constituted a body corporate by the name of the Nigerian Red Cross Society, and shall have perpetual succession and a common seal and power to sue and be sued in its corporate name and to acquire, hold and dispose of movable and immovable property.
