Section 92: Drunkenness or nuisance on a railway

(1) If a person on any part of a railway-
(a) is in a state of intoxication;
(b) commits any nuisance or act of indecency or uses obscene or abusive language;
(c) wilfully and without lawful excuse, interferes with the comfort of any passenger; or
(d)
wilfully and without lawful excuse, interferes with any railway servant in the execution of his duty, he may be removed from the railway by any railway servant or police officer or any other person whom the railway servant or police officer may call to his aid, and shall be guilty of an offence and liable on conviction, to a fine not exceeding N100 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months.
(2) A person removed from the railway under the provisions of this section shall not be entitled to the return of any fare he may have paid.
