Section 31: Renewal of documentation
1992Section 31 of 39•Federal Republic of Nigeria
(1)
The Council shall document a newspaper, magazine or journal if it is satisfied that the requirements of section 30 of this Act have been met.

(2)
The documentation of a newspaper, magazine and journal under this Act shall be renewed every year.
